One of the most powerful and important skills that I could teach someone is “Active Listening”. It’s the ability to not just be present and part of a conversation, but to be able to create a space where the participant that you are engaged with is drawn into the conversation.

[01:30] Allow the person you are engaging with to replay back to you ..
[02:00] Each child has a different personality ..
[02:30] To what they understand, what they are experiencing ..
[03:00] Sometimes words get lost ..
[03:30] but in their own words ..
